Mathare Adam

Hi everyone! What I've done so far is less important than what I'll do.

I have designed my undergraduate degree through Chemical Engineering: Energy and the Environment from the University of Rochester. I earned a Masters of Environmental Management from Duke University. Then I worked at International Paper in three positions in corporate environment over five years that included managing sustainability reporting, climate change strategy, and regulatory work.

I am president of the Institute of Forest Biotechnology. I serve on the board of directors for a non-profit energy think-tank, AHEAD Energy, that works in Lower Income Communities (Sub-Saharan Africa).

I do enjoy producing this documentary about the most brutal slum in Kenya, Mathare. I find business solutions to environmental and social problems, I love spending time and traveling with friends, snowboarding, hiking... If you really want to learn more go to: AdamCostanza.com
